Appointed as Managing Director of SWIFt in April 2021, previously Director of Stuart Fenton Consultancy Ltd a specialist consultancy focused on large scale 5G projects. Former 5G and Artificial Intelligence specialist for the Department for International Trade Smart Cities and Technology team. Prior to this worked at The University of Surrey/5G Innovation Centre as Senior Partnerships Manager, creating innovation based partnerships within 5G, AI and emerging technologies. Prior to this Stuart was part of the Economic Development Management team at Hampshire County Council, responsible for the growth of the digital sectors and innovation in Hampshire, through partnership working and economic growth strategies. Stuart also worked in the commercial sector in Finance and global telecoms working for Barclays, Vodafone Global Enterprise and EE.
I am delighted to lead this exciting new testbed and lab, it is a great opportunity to really showcase the power of 5G and the opportunities that IOT brings us. Especially in making smarter environments and driving data driven decision making.
